Physician - Adult Outpatient/Inpatient Psychiatry (Assistant or Associate Professor - Academic Track)

The University of Minnesota's Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist to fill an Academic Track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. This role will involve a combination of clinical and academic responsibilities, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality adult outpatient psychiatric services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Supervise residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.
- Contribute to the academic mission of the department through teaching, research, and service.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications:- Board certification in psychiatry.
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA psychiatry residency training program.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
