Housing Management Director

Job Summary:Under the direction of the Regional Director or Vice President, the Regional Manager oversees the daily operations of a portfolio of communities. This role involves interpreting and implementing management procedures based on company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant governmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain compliance programs, including HUD, LIHTC, Tax-Exempt Bonds, CHRP, CHFA, AHP, and PBV.
- Stay up-to-date on applicable local and federal housing laws, including Fair Housing and Landlord and Tenant laws.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with Boston Post software knowledge a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance programs and housing laws.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Boston Post software.
