Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in many of the core HR sub-functions, including Business Partnering, Total Rewards, HR Systems & Analytics, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Management Development, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement.
  • Strong diagnostic skills, both organization and people-related.
  • Experience in tech, automotive, or other electrification industries.
  • Prior experience supporting Manufacturing or Engineering organizations.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize, and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Strong influence skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience making data-informed decisions.
  • Bias for action.
  • Experience supporting hourly/non-exempt workforces.
  • Knowledge of CA labor laws.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Organizational Psychology or related field.
  • Prior EV industry experience.
  • Passion for reducing the effects of climate change by revolutionizing transportation and recreation.
  • A motorcycle rider or enthusiast.
