We are currently in search of technically skilled individuals with a background in low voltage electronics, specifically in electronic security solutions. Our teams play a crucial role in servicing Securitas Electronic Security products at client locations. This position serves as the primary contact for all post-installation inquiries related to security systems and equipment, as well as undertaking special project tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address trouble tickets to maintain application uptime and system performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve application-related issues.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance application availability and identify system faults.
  • Implement routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings.
  • Document all system modifications using a digital change control tracking system.
  • Create high-quality technical documentation that articulates both conceptual and quantitative aspects of system deployment, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Execute pre-deployment end-to-end testing for all upgrades and significant modifications.
  • Carry out on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
  • Proficient knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of network communications and IP addressing.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Certifications in enterprise-grade CCTV and Access Control systems are advantageous.
