Currently, we are seeking a Tool Assembler - I to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Adhere to all company Safety and Security protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment, Job Safety Analysis, and Take 5 Safety initiatives.
  • Promptly report any injuries, accidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions to a Manager or Supervisor.
  • Perform assembly and disassembly of equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Comply with all Quality Procedures regarding Preservation, Packaging, and Storage of Products.
  • Maintain availability for on-call/off-call work schedules, ready to respond on short notice.
  • Collaborate with Supervisor and/or Manager to ensure that work quality and quantity align with performance expectations set by Management.
  • Engage in training and cross-training across various areas to optimize labor use and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Keep work areas organized and tidy at all times.
  • Ensure that service tool components are cleaned, oil dipped, soft assembled, and properly organized.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of tool baskets.
The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and may be adjusted as necessary by the company.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Familiarity with machines and tools, including their design, application, repair, and maintenance.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions in work-related documents.
BEHAVIORAL ABILITIES
  • Completion of current health, safety, and environmental (HSE) training as per division training matrix.
  • Utilization of applicable PPE for assigned tasks.
  • Logical reasoning to evaluate strengths and weaknesses of various solutions or approaches to problems.
  • Capability to operate test pumps and data acquisition systems.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Innovative thinking to tackle challenging opportunities.
  • Timely and accurate completion of necessary reports and records in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ability to collect, research, and analyze data effectively.
  • Willingness to commit to extended hours when necessary to achieve objectives.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Standing for extended periods without leaving the work area.
  • Climbing ladders, scaffolding, and working in overhead areas.
  • Walking considerable distances as required.
  • Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Frequent pulling and/or pushing activities.
  • Regularly carrying objects in arms or on shoulders.
  • Grasping objects with fingers on a regular basis.
  • Reaching for objects using hands and arms regularly.
  • Stooping/Crouching as required to bend forward.
  • Speaking to express ideas verbally.
  • Listening to perceive speech and sounds effectively.
