  • Create a Welcoming Environment: Develop a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes guests feel valued and appreciated.
  • Uphold High Standards: Ensure that all aspects of the bar operation meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a world-class guest experience through interactions and adherence to our steps of service.
  • Mixology Expertise: Prepare and serve drinks according to set standard recipes, and maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic selections.
  • Bar Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the bar, including POS, setup, teardown, mise en place, and maintenance of the bar, equipment, and supplies.
  • Team Leadership: Provide direction and coaching to barbacks, and assist them as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the bar.
  • Inventory Management: Be aware of all inventory behind the bar, and complete inventory counts and reports as requested.
  • Side Duties: Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently, and perform assigned tasks as needed.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as agreed with your hiring manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail-driven environment, with a full-service wood and service bar.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality, WSET, Prud'homme, or equivalent considered an asset.
