Job Summary

PLANTA Restaurants is seeking a skilled Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader and Captain to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Provide friendly and prompt table-side service to guests, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Support the kitchen team with quality control, presentation, and order management
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing environments
  • Professional, articulate, and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication skills
  • Smart Serve Certification, Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, or equivalent considered an asset
