As the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include guiding and supervising staff, managing key agency accounts, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall direction of the agency's service departments, either directly or through department heads and team leaders.
Drive efficiencies within the agency and assess service department workloads, making adjustments as necessary. Facilitate monthly staff meetings.
Organize and conduct live training sessions for both new and existing employees on the utilization of the Agency Management System, including its features, workflows, and procedures.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a new e-learning program that aligns with the training roadmap.
Embody and promote AssuredPartners' core values consistently, demonstrating integrity, character, and a commitment to servant leadership.
Act as the primary resource for users regarding Agency Management System utilization and workflow inquiries.
Test system upgrades and enhancements prior to implementation, providing recommendations on whether to proceed.Coordinate enhancement requests, problem-solving solutions, and suggestions with the Agency Management System vendor.
Monitor compliance with service standards through Key Performance Indicator reporting.Foster a collaborative team environment across departments.
Serve as the main point of contact for Regional and Corporate Operations.
Manage and oversee key agency accounts.
Minimal travel is anticipated in this role.

Qualifications:
Active 2-20 Insurance License
5+ years of experience in commercial lines Account Management; or 7+ years in a related insurance role. Leadership experience is highly preferred.
