Key Responsibilities- Record and input required parts for existing repair orders
- Accurately enter repair orders into our inventory management system
- Create and process purchase orders
- Identify part numbers and provide descriptions using online resources and catalogs
- Order parts for inventory or special requests
- Work closely with the Parts Manager to maintain efficient inventory levels
- Assist with department finances and stay within budget
- Maintain organized files and submit reports timely
- Prioritize departmental assignments and complete tasks on time
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties
- Manage vendor process for timely delivery and invoicing
- Answer customer and vendor inquiries
- Maintain parts bins and shelves in an orderly fashion
- Assist with monthly parts returns
- Maintain professional personal appearance
- Complete required training and adhere to a consistent work schedule
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity
- Perform duties in a safe manner
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
- Authorization to work in the USA
