As a Senior Analyst for Applications Programming, you'll play a key role in shaping the work that supports our business operations, services, and relationships with those we serve and each other.

This 100% remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the US and be part of a nationwide network with career development and advancement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with business team members to understand requirements, analyze, design, and develop quality technical solutions for our SaaS platform
  • Configuring and administering business applications for SaaS-based solutions
  • Developing and supporting integration with other systems, applications, and databases
  • Adhering to our corporate system development life cycle, style standards, governance, and other related policies
  • Designing and configuring application security
  • Recommending APIs to use based on data characteristics and application structure
  • Performing test-based development within project tools
  • Supporting production applications by responding to service desk assignments, tracking problems/issues, and following up with customers
  • Supporting internally developed SQL, Access, and ASP.NET applications by addressing defects and coding and testing enhancements
  • Working with business, IT Business Partner, and Business Analyst to understand issues with software and develop solutions to resolve them

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • Seven years of progressive experience with business systems implementation, including working on projects requiring the implementation of both custom and vendor-supported technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business and IT professionals and to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops in person and remotely and have the ability to think analytically, solve problems, and recommend approaches and solutions
  • Experience with web-based technologies, various languages, web development frameworks, relational database design, database concepts, data modeling capabilities, integration, workflow, Service Oriented Architecture, CRM platforms, and cloud-based technologies
  • Recent experience and proficiency using an object-oriented programming language to develop a server-side application
  • Knowledge of standard programming design patterns to implement flexible and scalable solutions; experience developing reports using appropriate reporting software
  • Working knowledge of standard software tools for source code management, continuous integration, and development
