Job Overview

Desert Parkway Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The BCBA will play a crucial role in supporting the behavioral team in developing behavior plans, conducting behavioral analysis, and providing education to staff.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Role

The primary focus of this position is to enhance the delivery of effective and measurable behavioral treatment to patients and maintain clinical data feedback loops between direct care staff and clinical staff. Secondary focus is on generalizing behavioral treatment to families and other caregivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior plans
  • Conduct behavioral analysis and provide education to staff
  • Support family/caregiver behavioral training program
  • Maintain integrity of all behavioral data
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Analyst, and a minimum of one year experience in the provision of behavioral analysis and behavior analytic treatment.
