LEARN Behavioral is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to helping children with autism and special needs reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and growth of our clients.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician. In this role, you will work closely with experienced therapists and behavior analysts to implement ABA-based interventions and support the behavioral growth of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing ABA-based interventions to support client behavioral growth
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervisors

Requirements:

  • RBT Certification preferred
  • Nevada State License required
  • Meet minimum age requirement of 18
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background check

Benefits:

  • $18 - $24 per hour salary range
  • Up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment
  • Sick leave for part-time employees
