Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applied Behavior Analyst to join our team at Reset Behavior LLC. As a Senior Applied Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based behavioral services to children and adolescents with autism, emotional behavior disorders, and mental health diagnoses.

Salary: $80,000-$87,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
  • Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group settings, including ABA home programs and social skills groups.
  • Supervise and train Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, and other staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and provide regular updates to parents, guardians, and other stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Nevada licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working with children and adolescents with autism, emotional behavior disorders, and mental health diagnoses.
  • Possession of a Master's degree or national equivalent in a relevant field, such as psychology, special education, or applied behavior analysis.
