Job Title: Behavioral Healthcare Technician
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year
About the Position:
We are looking for a skilled Behavioral Healthcare Technician to join our team at Thrive Behavioral Hospital LLC. In this role, you will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to provide supportive care and promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and record patient data, including vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with nurses to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
- Participate in treatment team meetings to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in behavioral sciences or a related field preferred
- Experience working with patients in a psychiatric setting advantageous; CPR certification and CPI training provided by Thrive Behavioral Hospital LLC
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for success in this role
