We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals.

The ideal candidate will be the face of our hospital, setting the tone for exceptional customer service and building trust with our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and our medical team.
  • Outbound Calls: Make follow-up calls to clients and prospective clients to provide updates and answer questions.
  • Financial Transactions: Present and explain fees, process payments, and recommend products and services.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Answer questions about products and services, including phone triage for emergent patients.
  • Medical Records Management: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
  • Hospital Maintenance: Ensure the hospital is clean and well-maintained, including removal of animal waste.
