At The Oncology Service-Leesburg, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.
About the Role:- Provide top-notch customer service by greeting clients with a warm and welcoming smile
- Answer client calls promptly and with empathy, addressing their concerns and needs
- Schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with our veterinary team
- Communicate client requests and important information to our veterinary team, ensuring accurate and timely care
- Educate clients on our services and practices, empowering them to make informed decisions for their pets
- Assist with general information, appointments, and invoicing, maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Admit and discharge pets, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate client/pet medical records
- Minimum 2 years of reception experience in the veterinary field (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with ease
- Familiarity with Windows-based computer programs
- Professionalism and composure in stressful situations
- 4-day work week, no weekends
