  • Advocate for clients to access essential community resources and recovery support services.
  • Coordinate mental health and community services to align with the goals outlined in the service plan.
  • Facilitate the establishment and ongoing support of advocacy and support groups.
  • Guide individuals in acquiring and practicing daily living skills.
  • Maintain accurate and professional records of client interactions and activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and receive guidance from supervisory staff.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by program leadership.

  • Foster independence and instill hope in individuals facing substance use challenges.
  • Highlight the significance of a robust natural support network.
  • Demonstrate ethical conduct and behavioral standards in all interactions.
  • Conduct appropriate screenings for suicide risk and other safety concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Personal experience with substance use disorders and active participation in recovery.
  • Experience working with individuals in various stages of substance use recovery.
  • Willingness to obtain relevant certifications within the initial employment period.

Employment Conditions:

  • Availability for occasional evening, weekend, and on-call hours.
  • Commitment to a minimum of 10 hours of work per week.
  • Compliance with annual driving record checks and drug testing.
  • Participation in required training upon hire and ongoing professional development.
