The ideal candidate will provide assessment, referral, and brief counseling services for EAP/SAP clients, while building strong relationships with leaders in client companies. This role requires the ability to present workshops, seminars, and informational presentations as requested. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field, with a strong background in substance abuse treatment and mental health services. Experience in interfacing with business, third-party payors, and the general public is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, and hold or be working towards obtaining an EAP certificate, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or APRN. The successful candidate will possess excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
