Trade Compliance Specialist

Epiroc is a global leader in mining and infrastructure solutions, seeking a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Specialist to drive progress and success in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Classification and Review: Classify and review Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Validation and Compliance: Validate parts compliance with local dual-use lists and ensure Denied/Restricted Party Screening compliance.
- Program Management: Create and report local content programs, manage customs bond renewals, and handle duty-drawback, audits, and sanctions.
- Compliance Support: Support Trade Compliance audits, provide guidance on compliance vulnerability and risk, and assist with US Customs guidance.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a strong background in trade compliance.
- Licenses and Certifications: US Customs Broker License and CTPAT Certified.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and knowledge of relevant regulations and licenses.
