Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support the JAG program as a Classroom Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide coverage in multiple JAG classrooms, assist with office duties, and support the implementation of classroom activities and lesson plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide supplemental classroom instruction to support the JAG Specialist.
  2. Gather and maintain youth documentation and paperwork to determine program eligibility.
  3. Enter data into program-specific data systems to track youth engagement.
  4. Represent Brightpoint at community fairs and events to promote the JAG program.
  5. Implement Brightpoint values in all interactions.

Requirements

  1. Associate degree in Human Services or Education preferred.
  2. Previous experience working with high school students is highly desirable.
  3. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  4. Willingness to travel for training and other assignments.
  5. Valid Indiana driver's license and minimum liability insurance required.
