About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Bondoc Roofing. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics
  • Notate all sales appointment debriefs and calls logs into our CRM system
  • Surpass personal sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proactively optimize sales opportunities with existing and potential customers
  • Assist Roof Advisors with estimating and sketching via RoofSnap
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate supplementing claims
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with the sales team
  • Collect initial payments as needed
  • Accommodate clients with financing options
  • Assist the sales team with DocuSign and other clerical duties
  • Complete Roof Advisor Check-in SOP's to hand off job to production team
  • Maintain closing ratio and RPA data for company performance and future projections
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of proven sales experience
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Professional appearance
  • Previous use of CRM's and apps in the workplace
  • Previous construction experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
