Payroll Specialist Role

Our client, a well-established healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for both union and non-union employees. Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end payroll processing for the company, ensuring compliance with multiple pay rules.
  • Manage payroll functions in both union and non-union environments, utilizing time and attendance systems.
  • Research and report payroll operations to enhance overall processes and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department on AP-related projects and provide support for HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of payroll experience, preferably in a healthcare or union environment.
  • Familiarity with Paycor software is a plus.
