Job Description: Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at PKF Texas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers on a wide range of responsibilities. Your tasks will include preparing and transmitting correspondence, creating or reproducing documents, scheduling appointments, updating calendars, and coordinating catering arrangements for office functions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing systems maintenance.
* Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors professionally.
* Develop and implement effective workflow processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; minimum 2-5 years of experience in administrative roles preferred.
* Proven track record of success in managing administrative teams and implementing process improvements.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 per year
