Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Renewable Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the operations team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with PC applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working within a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in WMS, Client, and Lotus Notes.
  • Familiar with company policies and procedures.
  • Basic understanding of the utility industry.
