**Position Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping residents achieve their fullest potential while collaborating with skilled healthcare professionals.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and needs.
  • Provide patient and family education to support continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate optimal patient care.
  • Document resident progress, treatment, and updates accurately.

**Qualifications**

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Indiana state licensure or eligibility for state licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting is a plus but not required.
