Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to ensure timely and efficient completion of radon mitigation projects.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the safety of team members and customers at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and production managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review job specifications and assess site conditions to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Preferred: Licensed by the state of Minnesota to install mitigation systems and test for residential radon.
  • Knowledge of construction or related trades required.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to move about and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
  • A valid driver's license.
