Foreman - Radon Mitigation Construction

American Waterworks is seeking a skilled Foreman to lead our radon mitigation construction team. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of radon mitigation systems, ensuring high-quality work, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals to install radon mitigation systems.
  • Train and mentor team members on installation methods, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure the safety of yourself and your team at all times.
  • Motivate and recognize team members for their contributions.
  • Communicate with the Production Manager regarding team performance and job progress.
Installation and Quality:
  • Review job specifications to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Assess job site conditions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Perform high-quality installations, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collect payment from customers and complete all necessary paperwork.
Customer Experience:
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project using our customer messaging system.
  • Notify customers of any changes to the job before making adjustments.
  • Leave customer homes clean and in better condition than found.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a remarkable experience.
Requirements:
  • Preferred: Licensed by the state of Minnesota to install mitigation systems and test for residential radon.
  • Knowledge of construction or related trades required.
  • Ability to operate equipment and power tools required.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1+ years of experience in construction trades or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to move about and work from floor level or in crawl spaces.
  • A valid driver's license.
