Job Summary

Kraus-Anderson Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, superintendents, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, including scheduling, budget, and quality risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to management and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of project management software, such as ViewPoint.
  • Experience with construction management software, such as Procore.
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
