Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Proofing: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems and projects, ensuring high levels of quality and attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, providing exceptional service and support.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as filing, mail processing, and lifting/organizing boxes.
- Qualifications: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, familiarity with general office procedures, exceptional customer service skills, ability to pay strict attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team, knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with internet, phones, and standard office equipment, professionalism, ability to sit/stand for extended periods, adherence to company policies and procedures, business casual dress code, bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized and able to multitask.
This is an in-person opportunity that requires working in a call center environment. The work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
