Inpatient Psychiatrist

Allina Health is a leading healthcare organization in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. We are seeking an Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a member of our Mental Health and Addiction Clinical Service Line, you will provide comprehensive care to individuals experiencing complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide psychiatric services for patients with complex mental health care needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Work closely with other areas of care, including medical units, intermediate care, and clinics.
• Cover 10-12 beds on a 56-bed unit.
Requirements:
• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
• BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required.
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable.
