Job Summary

The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and identifying potential customers, explaining services, and establishing constructive working relationships. The primary mission is to secure new business from existing clients and exciting new prospects, utilizing exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote services divisions to potential customers.
  • Explain service information to customers and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Conduct business-to-business sales prospecting and cold calling.
  • Create work orders on potential sales and complete the proposal process.
  • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Build a referral pipeline by contacting current or potential customers.
  • Answer customer questions about our services and provide excellent customer service.
  • Distribute promotional material to customers.
  • Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, and participation in organizations, trade shows, or conference attendance.
  • Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
  • Attend networking events to develop professional knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to exchange information.
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others, and prioritize, organize, and accomplish assigned tasks on time.
Qualifications
  • Persuade others professionally and communicate information and ideas effectively.
  • Adapt to a changing environment and handle sensitive information in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Have strong attention to detail and active listening, and possess time and task management skills.
  • Be self-motivated and a self-starter, and provide excellent customer service skills.
  • Have intermediate computer skills and be bilingual.
Working Conditions

The principal duties of this position are to perform in an indoor and outdoor environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Pass a background check.
