We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Sales Representative to join our team at Southeast Recruiters LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new referral sources, maintaining existing relationships, and consistently promoting our agency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to meet or exceed the company's business plan, census goals, and financial objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
- Utilize sales force software to track activity and communicate with colleagues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, preferably with home health care and/or hospice sales experience.
- Strong local market and industry knowledge, with established referral sources and contacts.
- Ability to use sales force software effectively.
- Strong work ethic and stable work history.
