Job Summary

The Senior Vice President, Capital Markets will be an integral part of the CFO Office senior executive team, responsible for the overall success of Vantage's financial management. This individual will lead the debt capital raising efforts globally, developing and implementing strategies to diversify and optimize sources of funds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a global capital raising strategy and roadmap across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Actively explore and develop new debt financing solutions, including CMBS, Private Placements, HoldCo, EMEA ABS, and more.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with lenders, institutional debt investors, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the implementation of corporate strategies, such as portfolio divestitures.
  • Provide guidance to the senior executive team on actions required to facilitate strategic developments.
  • Develop actionable data-driven plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address due diligence requests and support financing activities.
  • Coordinate with FP&A to ensure the accuracy of capital structure assumptions in new business case underwriting.
  • Develop metrics, KPIs, and executive-level dashboards related to capital raising and compliance.
  • Coordinate with regional CFOs on budgeting and cash forecasting to ensure alignment with capital strategy.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Data center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Proficient with financial reporting and compliance to financing documents.
  • Strong experience with presenting complex data sets both written and orally.
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
