Responsibilities
  • Manage nursing responsibilities during weekend shifts, including patient care and delegation of tasks.
  • Ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current and active RN license in the state of Texas.
  • One year of experience as a nursing assistant in a skilled rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or Long-Term Care environment.
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
