We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Analyst to support a significant initiative for the US Government. This role will be based in a vibrant location, where you will be part of a dynamic team focused on critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect the organization's personnel, facilities, and essential assets.
  • Develop and implement security measures that comply with government regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to safeguard organizational resources.
  • Manage emergency situations, collaborating with security personnel and law enforcement as necessary.
  • Oversee external security contractors when required.
  • Leverage your expertise to improve products and services.
  • Address complex challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight, serving as a resource for junior team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams or large groups.
  • 8-10 years of experience in C4ISR projects, with significant contributions in various Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (CS/IA) areas.
  • Experience in leading or participating in CS/IA engineering efforts for Fleet problem-solving.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend critical CS/IA capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other relevant certifications.
  • Experience in conducting Cybersecurity testing and analysis for National Security Systems.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for formal educational requirements.

Education and Certifications:

  • MS/BS degree in a related field.
  • CISSP, ISSEP, and/or ISSAP certifications (or other advanced CS/IA certifications).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for a significant portion of the time.
  • Regular use of office equipment such as computers and printers.
  • Occasional movement within the office for various tasks.
