Essential Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams or large groups.
- 8-10 years of experience in C4ISR projects, with substantial contributions in various Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (CS/IA) domains.
- Experience in leading or participating in CS/IA engineering initiatives for Fleet problem resolution.
- Proficient in assessing and recommending critical CS/IA capabilities.
- Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other relevant certifications.
- Experience in conducting Cybersecurity testing and analysis for National Security Systems.
- Relevant experience may substitute for formal educational requirements.
Education and Certifications:
- MS/BS degree in a related field.
- CISSP, ISSEP, and/or ISSAP certifications (or other advanced CS/IA certifications).
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
- Regular use of office equipment such as computers and printers.
- Occasional movement within the office for administrative tasks.
