Requirements:

  • Direct cross-functional teams in product development and innovation initiatives to drive impactful results and meet strategic goals.
  • Craft and execute comprehensive marketing and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and sustained market penetration.
  • Demonstrate a strong history of project management and cross-team collaboration, successfully bridging technical and commercial functions to deliver on objectives.
  • A proactive, hands-on leader who is deeply involved in team efforts and actively contributes to achieving project success.
  • Solid history of developing & maintaining relationships with commercial customers via the delivery of products, customer service & maintaining expertise of our client's products and inventory.
  • Develop incentive programs, training, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive business development opportunities to support short term and long-term objectives including capacity requirements, sales and marketing requirements, technical support, and other related functions.
  • Provide P&L oversight while driving improvements of the portfolio and process to reduce cost and increase profitability.
  • Professional Project Management Certification and/or Education, preferred.
  • Bachelors' degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Business Administration or Marketing or Engineering and at least 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in a global, multinational, matrix organization or an MBA.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, a plus.
  • 20% Travel Domestic & International Travel.
