Job Summary:

The Exterior Building Products Installation Project Manager will be responsible for generating full-quantity project management estimates, including materials and labor, to satisfy job scopes. This role will also involve interfacing with supply center salespeople, identifying job requirements, and managing subcontracted labor forces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate project costs using field measurements, blueprints, and cutting-edge takeoff software.
  • Interface with supply center salespeople to identify job requirements and specified products.
  • Manage subcontracted labor forces to meet corporate guidelines for job site deployment.
  • Ensure contract fulfillment in the field meets required levels of expectation.
  • Contain labor and materials costs, preventing overruns and shortages.
  • Identify potential areas of conflict between product specifications and job scopes.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated professional with a fluent understanding of exterior building construction processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and scopes.
  • Strong knowledge of window/siding quality control and construction safety compliance.
  • Working understanding of product specification terminology.
  • Ability to communicate with subcontractors and senior leadership.
