Job Title: Home Health Sales Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Sales Liaison to join our team at Jet Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with key accounts to generate referrals and grow our client base.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to identify key account targets and associated tactics to execute each week.
  • Utilize market intel data and available tools to aid in growth.
  • Attend community, networking, and social events and gatherings to build relationships and generate referrals.
  • Collaborate with administrative and supervisory personnel to direct programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Establish a public relations program to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.
  • Build and nurture viable, value-based relationships within key accounts.
  • Generate referrals from physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, SNFs, and other healthcare settings/professionals.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college/university required as a LPN / LVN, RN, Registered Nurse, Therapist (PT, OT, SLP) or Social Worker (BSW, MSW, LBSW, LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC).
  • Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience preferred, especially in SNFs, DME, ortho, and cardiac. Home Health sales highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, selling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Go-getter attitude, outgoing and driven.
  • Reliable transportation.
