PBE Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven PBE Sales Representative to join our team at LKQ. As a PBE Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet annual sales budgets and gross margin targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  • Provide expert knowledge of PBE products and services to customers, including paint, chemical aspects, and refinishing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive segment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
