Essential Qualifications:
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax law, with a focus on advising in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international transactions.
- Demonstrated motivation, initiative, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient client relationship management skills and experience managing multiple ongoing matters.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a recognized law school.
- An LLM degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
