Route Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team at Caesarstone US. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Chicago area.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a Company Van/Truck along an established route and service existing customer base
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge on Stone Fabrication, tools, and equipment
- Take orders from clients and prepare products for purchase
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research
- Develop and build relationships with new accounts and develop additional contacts within existing accounts
- Handle customer complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate individual as deemed necessary
- Respond to customer service calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Consult with customers after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
- Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to quickly pick up new product and service knowledge, and communicate that knowledge effectively to customers
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
This role requires interaction with customers/clients, and the public at large. You may be required to drive for many hours at a stretch, including making many deliveries. You will be required to work both indoors and outdoors, and manual dexterity is required to use desktop computer and peripherals. Ability to lift 100 pounds; ability to regularly perform physical movements such as sitting, handling/gripping, climbing, and stooping.
