Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of materials and services.
  • Manage the bid proposal process, ensuring all documentation adheres to company standards.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with suppliers to guarantee high-quality goods and services at competitive rates.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all procurement activities.
  • Administer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with construction and hospitality teams to support hotel renovation initiatives.
  • Utilize your CPP and CSCP qualifications to enhance procurement strategies and processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the finance, construction, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong background in project management, bid proposals, and purchase order administration.
  • Experience in hotel renovations is preferred.
  • CPP or CSCP certification is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of SOPs and compliance regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management software.
