Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of materials and services.
- Manage the bid proposal process, ensuring all documentation adheres to company standards.
- Develop and sustain relationships with suppliers to guarantee high-quality goods and services at competitive rates.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all procurement activities.
- Administer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with construction and hospitality teams to support hotel renovation initiatives.
- Utilize your CPP and CSCP qualifications to enhance procurement strategies and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, ideally within the finance, construction, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong background in project management, bid proposals, and purchase order administration.
- Experience in hotel renovations is preferred.
- CPP or CSCP certification is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of SOPs and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement management software.
