About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive in the proptech/fintech/saas space with a track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas. You will be selling into Residential Real Estate Brokerages, targeting Managing Brokers and Owners. These individuals are high-energy, goal-driven sales professionals who thrive on making impactful decisions and driving results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at real estate brokerages.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Analyze Market Trends: Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets ($1M+).
Requirements
- Proactive and Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a proactive approach to client needs and challenges, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset in all interactions.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B SaaS Closing: 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience Selling to Real Estate Brokerages: Experience selling to real estate brokerages is a plus.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven Ability to Build and Manage High-Performing Sales Teams: Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
