Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, profits, and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and coaching employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, by providing prompt and friendly service, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring that financial goals are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies, including food safety, labor laws, and company procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred Food Safety Certified
  • Experience: Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience
  • Personal Qualities: Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment, and commitment to our core values of integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold & grow
