About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Restaurant/Hospitality Manager at Thunderbowl LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and address guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Excellence: Continuously improve operational execution, schedule staffing levels, and maximize the guest experience.
  • Business Development: Capitalize on business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • League Management: Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
  • Food and Beverage: Oversee the management and growth of our Food and Beverage program, providing ongoing training and supervision of daily operations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player with exceptional people development skills
  • Customer service pro with knowledge of POS register systems

The approximate pay range for this position is $52,000 - $58,000 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate and may vary based on factors including background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
