Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management.
  • Hold down the fort in the General Manager's absence, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management.
  • Maintain an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and a dedication to developing the team's hourly staff.
Essential Duties:
  • Make guests priority #1 by delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
  • Continually hone operational execution by scheduling staffing levels to meet the center's needs and maximize the guest experience.
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow the league business.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
  • Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
  • Oversee the management and growth of the center's Food & Beverage program, providing ongoing training and supervision of daily F&B operations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of Management Experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • The ability to supervise center operations staff.
  • Strong Team Player.
  • Exceptional People Developer.
  • Customer Service Pro.
  • Knowledge of POS register systems.

The approximate pay range for this position is $52,000 - $58,000 / year. Bowlero offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
