Job DescriptionAt Extract Juicery, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional customer service, leadership, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall success of the restaurant's financials, environment, employees, shift leaders, and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and developing staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen manager to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • ServSafe Food Handler Certificate required.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
