Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and visual presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth, including analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory levels, and shrinkage.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years' of retail leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume store environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
