We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to health and wellness programs, paid time off, and discounts for work necessities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. This will involve creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, partnering and connecting with parents to provide the best care and education for their children, and supporting center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willing to obtain
